Call for Vendors: ArtWalk June 11

Be a vendor at Summit Artspace during the June 11th ArtWalk!  

Important Details:

  • Application will close Tuesday, May 19, at 11:59 p.m.
  • You will be notified of acceptance by Monday, May 25.
  • If accepted, a $35 vendor fee will be required to secure your spot.
  • Open to artisans who sell and exhibit locally made products and live, work or play in Northeast Ohio.
  • We are prioritizing artists who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA, Disabled, and/or neurodivergent and whose work has a connection to the theme.
  • Each vendor will be provided a 10' x 10' space, a 6ft table, and two folding chairs.  Vendors will be located on each of the three floors on a first come first served basis.  
  • Electric access is limited, and an extra $10 fee. Inquire about availability. 
  • Must be able to carry and assemble vendor booths independently from 1:00 - 4:00pm and tear down 8:00 - 9:00 pm.
  • Must commit to the event times of 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and agree to staff your booth for the duration of the entire event. 
  • Summit Artspace will be promoting the ArtWalk program via various media, including paid advertisements.  In addition, resident artists will be participating.  
We use Submittable to accept and review our submissions.
